Tosh Mazzone grew up in Franklin County helping with the family woodworking business; and obtained an A.S. in Forest Technology from Penn State Mont Alto, as well as a B.S. and M.S. in Plant Science from Penn State University.
Before joining Franklin County, Tosh worked with Penn State Extension-Research Weed Science Team, conducting applied research and extension in field and forage crop production, precision ag, organic rotational no-till, and pest management. In addition, he worked in environmental consulting, construction, and restoration for industry across North and South Carolina as a Project Manager and Estimator.
