MID-ATLANTIC WEATHER WATCH: cool and breezy with rain, then turning very warm (perhaps record heat) with showers followed by more seasonable temperatures on the 5^th (1,2,3,4,5); seasonable with rain, then turning dry, breezy and cooler with frost followed by more rain on the 9^th and 10^th (6,7,8,9,10); dry the entire 5 days; seasonably cool at first, then quickly turning milder (11,12,13,14,15); dry and mild at first, then showers followed by mild and dry weather on the 19^th and 20^th (16,171,18,19,20);: heavy rain, then turning colder with light snow showers followed by dry and milder weather 21,22,23,24,25); dry and seasonable at first, then rain and turning colder; snow showers far west (26,27,28,29,30).

SEVERE WEATHER WATCH: The Hagerstown Town and Country Almanack sees heavy rain in the eastern part of the region (21,22,23,24) with heavy snow and high winds in the west (21.22.23.24.25).
