Tornado Watch: 14-19 CA to Four Corners to Central Plains to Southeast; 27-31 Southern Rocky Mountains to KS-OK to Ohio River Valley.

Region 1: Mid-Atlantic. 1-8 fair, warming trend; 9-11 storms; 12-14 showers mainly north; 15-22 fair, warm; 23-24 storms mainly south; 25-28 fair, warm; 29-31 showers north, storms south.

Region 2: New England. 1-6 fair, cool; 7-12 cloudy, warmer; 13-18 periods of showers; 19-23 fair, warm; 24-28 cloudy, mild; 29-31 showers, some storms south.

Region 3: Southeast. 1-4 fair, quite warm; 5-10 periods of showers, storms south; 11-13 fair, very warm; 14-23 periods of storms, severe 18-19; 24-30 hazy, hot, humid; 31 storms.
